Visit the Mall Office for Customer Service. Follow the overhead sign located on the left going towards Burlington Coat Factory. The Mall Office is located down the service corridor. Services include: Mall Gift Card sales and balance inquiries, complimentary wheelchairs, lost and found, and mall information.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
For your health and safety, our Security staff is certified in First Aid, CPR, and the use of our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Oxygen (O2) units. If you need assistance, contact the mall at 717-263-5007, or ask any sales associate in any store to contact them for you.
GIFT CARD SALES
Chambersburg Mall and American Express Gift Cards are available in the Mall Office.
GIFT CARD BALANCE INQUIRIES
Gift Card Balance Readers are located at the Mall Office.
WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are complimentary and are available at the Mall Office.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located across from the Carmike Theater and next to the Armed Forces Recruiting Center.

Located in both ladies and men’s restrooms.
